"This Hotel was in a central location. Brewery right across the street with grat food. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. We showed up 30 minutes after breakfast time and Terry made sure we still got fed. I noticed later in the day after we had left that I lost one of my AirPod in the bed. I called right away and the gentleman told me that he would leave a message with housekeeping. I am now back home, 1900 miles away. I called today and spoke to a woman at the front desk. She said she was happy that I called back. Yes, they had found an AirPod at the bottom of their laundry chute! What are the chances that they found that tiny little AirPod amongst what was a pile of laundry! They verified my address and they are going to send it to me. That is going above and beyond!"
