“During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. “When i got to my room there was a wasp in the window. I went to the desk and asked if they would take care of it. They were going to switch my ro i said no thats ok i was just wanting it removed. Im allergic to them so the staff came and kindly removed it for me.”

“The hotel is undergoing a rennovation. Dust everywhere. The staff is not properly trained to navigate the situation in the hotel. Our room had a leak in the ceiling that was dripping onto the carpet, a refrigerator that did not work, linens that did not match-each bed was different, baseball trading cards in the bag that housed the dryer, and staff at the front desk who were not trained to handle these situations when approached by them. Would not stay here again until the rennovation is……
