“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was the perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with beautiful furnishings, thoughtful details, and everything we needed for a DC vacation. What impressed us most was how exceptionally clean everything was. It truly felt spotless from the moment we walked in. It’s clear the owners take great pride in maintaining the property. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a luxurious, immaculate place to stay and would gladly book again!”

“Location is walkable to some restaurants in the downtown area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom in the master and shared hallway bath room for the other 2 rooms. This is an older building that has been nicely renovated. The floors do creak and there are folks living downstairs. Upstairs can get hot so you have to turn the AC down before sleeping. There is space for parking one car and additional street parking. Kitchen was fully equipped. Host was very responsive.”

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. “The host was great, and the house was fine overall. However, there are several things future guests should consider before booking.Noise & Access: The unit is on the middle level of a three-story property, requiring luggage to be carried up steep front steps.
