“I stayed at the property before, about a year ago, and it was great then. Unfortunately, it has degraded significantly since then. The room we were in was dated and not particularly clean. The TV and remote were very difficult to use, probably in need of new batteries.I also found the staff much less helpful. It was disappointing to be honest.”

“The rooms had some of the most comfortable beds I've enjoyed in a long time. If I had a complaint, it'd be that the exterior door of my room didn't latch without a bit of extra force. I managed to go the whole night with the door not being latched until 7:40 am when the door itself opened a bit. Also, as I think of it, it took far too long (around 25 minutes with only one person being ahead of us) to get checked in, even having paid in advance. As well, I thought that the 'to go' option for……
