"Beautiful, well maintained property that is an architectural gem. Room was recently renovated and clean. Pools are generally great, although the larger one with the water slide (which is a lot of fun), could have been cleaned and there was a lack of staff at that one. Other than that, it’s a really special hotel."

Placemakr Downtown Phoenix

Placemakr Downtown Phoenix

10/10 Excellent
"This place was interesting. This is a pop up hotel / short term apartments. It was super clean, comfortable and had everything you could need while away from home, including a washer and dryer in the studio apartment I booked. I didn’t get to check out the pool or gym, but it sounded amazing. Staff was all super friendly. Communication was great. The downsides: walls were thin - maybe that’s just a trait of accommodations like this. It was difficult to find. There was not any signage and the check in desk was on the 3rd floor behind a Locked door on the first level that required a key fob. A security guard saw us confused/wandering and let us in I had issues locking the door. Entry was with a key faun that didn’t immediately work all the time and I had to ask how to lock the door because it wasn’t immediately clear. I would stay here again for sure, just want to communicate some things to expect."
