"My husband and I stayed here while attending my graduation at Grand Canyon University. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. I requested a late checkout and only needed an additional hour to get ready. I even offered to pay an extra fee, but the hotel was unwilling to accommodate the request, which was frustrating given the special occasion. Parking was also an issue, as spaces were very limited. This forced us to remain at the hotel to avoid losing our spot, which significantly impacted our plans. Additionally, the breakfast provided was below expectations. The selection was very limited, and the quality of the food and beverages, including the orange juice, was poor. We ultimately chose to go elsewhere for breakfast. Overall, the lack of flexibility, limited parking, and unsatisfactory breakfast made for an underwhelming stay. "

"This place is in ROUGH shape!! My room had no nightstand, I wheeled over an office chair to put my phone on for the night, and the area is not the safest area. I’m from out of state, so I didn’t realize it was that bad of an area. You will not want to stay here with kids or if you are a female traveling alone."

"A pool renovation would definitely be the "icing on the cake" for this hotel! But either way, was very pleased with my stay!"

"The hotel was very nice, room was clean, spacious. The placement of the table/desk was right under the TV, too close. The bed was also a bit too low, kind of makes it hard to get up. The breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed my overnight stay."

"I had to go to doctors appointment fort my dad got this hostel last minute but wasn't a hotel more like air b and b and couldn't bet in we had to pay for another hotel it was late when we got there and couldn't get a hold of anyone till we were at another hotel also couldn't get a refund so ya was horrible experience and wast of money looks nice but wouldn't know. I mean some of the blame is on me I did this last mintute in a hurry so I could make it to my dads appointment but in Expedia it was under hotels so I expects a front desk to be open even at 12am. like I said at that hour is more like a air b and b than hotel "

"Parking included is a real plus in the downtown area. Room is clean and fine. This particular stay it was very loud overnight, more than a usual downtown noise. Staff is great, air conditioned room, shower is good pressure and nice. Location is good and affordable for downtown."
