"It was fantastic! Clean, centrally located, nice staff and a comfortable bed."

"This was the best priced hotel in the area. Super close to the Van Buren and other downtown Phoenix bars and restaurants. Lots of things tondo in walking distance. The walls are pretty thin, so if you are a light sleeper or looking for some peace and quiet, this may not be the hotel for you. I could hear bass rattling the walls all night until 2, and the traffic noise was pretty loud at times. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay. If you want convenience and a low price, and don’t mind the noise (or if you have a bluetooth speaker to play ocean sounds while you sleep), then this may work for you too."

"The room was falling apart. It smelled like marijuana and there were people smoking. We checked in and only lasted 10mins and left because the room smelled so bad. "

"Excellent place to stay, rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The location is good and easy to find. The only concern is the parking, it is limited at the hotel parking lot. One must park two buildings behind the hotel and although there was an attendant at the site I feel this is an inconvenience. Even with the parking concern I totally recommend this hotel, we enjoyed our stay and will return."

"The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great with a good variety. The staff is nice and very accommodating. But…. Please be aware that the location is across the street from businesses and a sports bar. The hotel parking was VERY limited and many times people going to the bar would take up the spots. We were told there were designated spots in the ramp garage across the street. That was very disappointing and irritating since it required going up and down stairs just to get to your car. "
