"The hotel is under construction and was noisy. We booked the hotel specifically to relax in the pool and hot tub. The hot tub broke during our stay and was closed. On the morning we started our truck to find the catalytic converter was stolen from the parking lot during the night. The hotel also doubles as a testing facility and the lobby for breakfast was full of people who were not staying there. It was awkward and not enough room for me and my family to sit and enjoy breakfast The staff was nice and breakfast was good but this ended up being a stressful stay and I would not return. "

"I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown Phoenix, and I have to say, my experience wasn’t the best. One of the main issues I faced was with the cleaning staff. They kept coming into my room even when I wasn't there, which felt a bit unsettling. It seemed like they weren’t really doing much, and I couldn't shake the feeling that they might have been snooping around. I appreciated their effort to keep the place clean, but it would have been nice if they had respected my privacy a bit more. Overall, the location was decent, and the amenities were okay, but I don’t think I would choose to stay there again just because of that discomfort."
