“The rooms were very clean. The staff was wonderful. The bar staff also wonderful. All of the employees are amazing for Maintenance people in the morning everybody’s smiling and saying good morning my biggest challenge was the hours for the pool and lazy river and waterslide as well as the Maintenance or lack of in those areas. It was so rundown compared to the pictures online. I understand that they are adding a new Spa and I think a new swimming pool which I believe is needed the reception area……
