“The Bank had a great front porch with rocking chairs and a fabulous view of the mountains and the sunset. The bed was comfortable, but the room lacked a coffee maker, tissues, and a chair to sit in, though there was a small stool covered in towels. Someone left the last 2 sections of the toilet paper on the roll instead of changing it out for a new one, and the sink still had clumpy soap residue from previous renter. The shower also had mold in it, so I was a bit dissappointed in the amenities……

“The cabin was a peaceful place to unwind and clear your thoughts. I really enjoyed the pond. deer and Callie the cat. I will come back sometime.”

“Highway noise is noticeable, even when in the cabin. Poor lighting in the kitchen. Getting on the busy highway can be a challenge when your setting on gravel and you have small ridge to get over. Hosts were great.”

“The cabin was great. Beautiful quiet atmosphere.Wonderful setting.”

“Place was clean, but one very odd thing... there was not one drawer to hold anything in the entire kitchen, utensils were in a plastic rack on top of microwave. We also didn't like having to walk down 13 stairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. As far as pet friendly, these cabins are on the side of a steep grade, so no room for a fence or enclosure of any kind. Other than that, refrig made alot of noise, place decent”

“Very nice little cabin. Quiet and peaceful environment. I Enjoyed the direct trails to a beautiful, sandy beach on Lake Superior.”
