“They never had coffee full for guests, there were literal cobwebs on the interior lights, and the staff didn't do any housekeeping for our room so we ran out of clean towels. Then when we tried to ask for more, their phone didn't connect to the lobby and there was nobody physically down in the lobby to help. The complimentary breakfast didn't have any labeling, so we had to just guess what the food was, and the selection they had was low stocked by 7am (breakfast starts at 6). The coffee not……

“We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, and everything was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere.
