“Wonderful like always ”

“Clean, nice, But bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever had at a HIE. Overall it was a pleasant stay. ”

“Rooms didn’t seem to be cared about when cleaning and the fridge was gross. Staff was nice and area was nice ”

“Needs a little upgrading, has a lot of wear and tear”

“The AC didn’t work. I told the night guy and he tried to convince me that it was working. I said it would be OK until morning as it was going to be a cool night but hot the next day. He assured me something would be done by morning. The next morning the day guy had no idea about my situation. He did finally move us to another room. The next night I came back for a shower and no hot water. The night shift guy again said he couldn’t do anything until the plumber got there the next morning. I have……

“Facility was clean, staff was great. I had an issue with the hair dryer in my room not working, and a staff member went out of her way to find another one for me. I appreciated that! The pool looked cloudy so I didn't swim so that was a bit of a disappointment. Overall, great stay.”

“The sanitation is very poor, the room smells of musty, and the towels smell bad.”

“The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.”

“Toilet had difficulty flushing; stayed with a dog and had to pay separately. The breakfast was not good; coffee ran out. ”

“The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.”
