The location of the hotel is amazing. Walking distance to Bell Centre, great restaurants. Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Room was not initially as expected. Was advised we would have a balcony and when it came to it, we had to speak to a manager to have the issue resolved. Breakfast was good, variety of food. Room was changed and it was clean.
