“Room has a broken window and heating system could not be reached unless standing on chair. Staff was friendly and check in ok”

“I checked in, went to my room - door was open, mattress bare, sheets piled onto a chair, trash full with empty case of beer, obviously room was never cleaned or prepared. Went back to front desk, no apology from them, fortunately a different room was clean, prepped and readily available for me. Will never stay here again.”

“While this is a brand new hotel there are a lot of kinks to be worked out. First, I booked a king and none were available so they gave me two queens. Then the hotel has a full kitchen, two burners large fridge kitchen sink, but they have NO dishes or cookware, they try to SELL you a $30 pack with one dish one cup one mug, etc. and there’s a cookware set for sale but I don’t recall what’s included or the price. I’ve never stayed anywhere where I’d buy dishes and stuff to cook with when there is a……
