Got room online for a week came from Texas spent a lot of money for the room had to stay .Thank God old Saybrook was beautiful and a lot to see and do + the beach !! “Traffic very loud. Couldn’t plug in coffee pot. Creamer packets were hard as a rock. Garbage smell outside. No continental breakfast though were told beforehand that if enough guest there they’d put it out. Guests were there but no offer. I was charged a few dollars more when arrived than Expedia said on confirmation. Stay elsewhere”

“I arrived and noone ws at the front desk no bell had to yell out to get someone to come to the front. The woman was pleasant enough but the room was supposed to be a new room with a King Bed, fridge microwave and it was a dark, dingy room with 2 full befs a fridge and microwave with one light not working. I had to go BACK to the front desk and yell again ( no one is EVER at the front desk to ask about the light and room the young girl there insisted it was the correct room and sent a young guy……
