“Ice”

“Breakfast was really good and staff friendly. Parking good and several spots to park. Pool was not open and would have been nice to just sit outside. Only issue was the floor above us (RM107) we could hear a dog running back and forth on floor and early this morning around 6:30am the dog started barking while we were trying to sleep. ”

“At the very first contact, to the last was exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful! Even with the hotel going through a remodel, you could not tell. Beautiful, clean and breakfast was delicious! Overall a great stay, can not wait to see the remodel done. Thank you”

“Hard hard beds”

“Dryer in laundry was not working and has not been working for awhile. Took 4 hours to get 1 load of laundry done. House keeping walked in without knocking. It was very scary!”

“I get it, the place is old but the microwave didn’t work right; there was no shampoo and only one little bar of soap for both shower and sink. It would have been nice if there was a deadbolt in the door but alas there wasn’t, just a hole, so only a chain to keep anyone out. And a gap in the door to the outside. The parking lot needs attention for sure. But the mattress was good. The girl at the desk was friendly. I would not stay there again. A sad tribute to Will Rogers.”

“Beautiful esthetically pleasing hotel inside and out. Checking in and out was a breeze. Plenty of breakfast options. Induvial packaged oatmeal, fruit usually green apples and oranges, orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice, milk and water. Yogurt, breakfast bars, eggs and different proteins such as sausage patties, sausage links, and Eskridge sausage. Waffle maker for fresh waffles, toaster, microwave, bagels, cream cheese, toast, pastries and all of the necessary condiments. Ice makers……

“Only stayed for one night since we were driving thru. It smelled like the hotels in Vegas, like lots of perfume. It makes sense since it's across the street from a casino. We woke up too early for breakfast, but there's also restaurants nearby.”

“Location was excellent and staff helpful. Property not well maintained, cleaning staff was minimal. Resulted in a very mediocre stay. Would rate (generously) 3 out of 5 stars!”
