This was the nicest hotel I stayed at during this whole vacation. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice including the inside lobbies of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing stated that they had a deposit even called and was told that they didn't so false information. The room was non-refundable. The room was very unclean the refrigerator was froze up and not cooling no microwave in the room the indoor pool area was not heated the pool itself was not maintained and had a greenish tint to the water no chlorine smell . With that being said the beds were comfortable that's about all the room had going for it the room is very outdated old torn up curtains and the balcony door screwed shut also got a nice beautiful breakfast area but don't have breakfast in the morning and the only microwave in the motel was up in the breakfast area and the plate in the microwave didn't even turn motels very ran down have no plans on ever returning and staying there again if I could I would give it a no start

The outside property looked rundown. The elevator had a 6 inch drop from the fourth floor, which did not seem safe. The pool was too cold to swim in and it had a white film on the top of the water. The bedrooms and beds were nice. However, the bathroom light switch was broken and was only stocked with just one half roll of toilet paper.

I also work in hospitality for 3 hotels in North Carolina, when I checked into the room I noticed right away that the floor had not been vacuumed, trash from previous guest behind the armoire, and there was no shower curtain. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was super nice and friendly about it and had housekeeping bring a curtain immediately. I will say, it was quiet and I had no other issues than the cleaning. A little TLC and this place has good potential.

Decent hotel, not run well

Very clean hotel, beautiful inside each room, spacious. But there are no microwaves in rooms, the pool was shut down for the entire stay (which is why we went on a staycation in the first place) and housekeeping never stopped by for refreshing linens or extra towels. Also we got put on the same floor as an African wedding (5 floors) and had wedding guests attempting to get into our room all day and night.

Nice hotel

Nice older hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice. A couple of the outlets were loose and wouldn't work with our phone chargers and I think the tv remote needed newer batteries, but other that, I can't think of anything negative. The women at the ftont desk were both very nice and welcoming. Overall, a really nice stay!

Small hotel charm, with large hotel feel!

I wasn't expecting the stylish and yet homey decorations of this fine hotel. The room was one of the best for the price locally I have found. The staff was very welcoming, and the only thing that was a bit unnerving, was the background lobby jazz music. Small detail - I really enjoyed the weekend stay there. Might easily return with friends when in town!
