Great location, room clean, breakfast was tasty & replenished when empty, was crowded as small space. Air conditioning great in room & spacious room for 2.

Fabulous room, we loved the pool area and breakfast was lovely with many choices. We can’t wait to return to the hotel and stay again. Disappointed we couldn’t get our loyalty recognised as we booked through Wotif and not with hotel directly but we got a great deal so can’t complain.

Such a sweet hotel which is in a gorgeous and peaceful spot but very conveniently located for all of Singapore. Staff are so helpful, great beds and enjoyed the pools. The gym is fantastic but not easy to find first time round! Thanks for a great stay.

Hotel was approximately 15 mins walk from Paya Lebar MRT Station (change at Tanah Marah from Changi airport). Arriving at 9 am I expected to leave my luggage at Reception but was told I could have my room straight away which was a bonus as usual check in time is 3pm. I was able to sight see and return to room around 2pm for a rest and shower. Lots of affordable, interesting restaurants for dinner close to hotel. The Receptionist organised a taxi to the airport (cost around $22 S) at 9pm which arrived promptly. As this was only a short stay between two long flights, the hotel was ideal, clean with good facilities and much cheaper than an airport hotel. Room small and no window (less noise?), but good value. I would probably pay more for more comforts if on a longer stay. As an older woman travelling alone, I felt safe in the area and appreciated the 24 hour helpful staff on Reception.

The receptionist accent was very hard to understand and they seemed annoyed with me the rest of my stay for not understanding them. There were no luggage lockers, so people had to sort through their things in the common area, no privacy coming out of the showers through the common area to get back to rooms. The place seemed much smaller than advertised. People kept leaving the door ajar after hours making the luggage situation even less secure. I did like how clean the bed was, the AC in the room was great and it was quiet. I did like the small patio are with plants despite it being the back alley. The location was very convenient and felt safe.
