“I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a bad smell. The bathroom was in poor condition, and the shower curtain was yellow and looked very unclean. The bathroom also had an unpleasant odor. The towels provided in the washroom looked old, stained, and unhygienic, making me uncomfortable using them. The room door lock was not working properly, which raised concerns about security. There were mosquitoes in the room, and the walls and paint were in……

“Checkin took a long time ..15 minutes + Difficulty understanding my bookings ( had booked 4 nights online, then had added 1 on for beginning of stay) Keys not activated so had to call for access to underground parking Elevator not working from underground parkade so had to take stairs with luggage, then go to front desk to get keys activated Hallway floors pretty dusty … not vacuumed for awhile”

“This is a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. A delicious breakfast and nutritious breakfast was served each morning of my weeklong stay. The host is warm and welcoming. It is very clean and spacious.”

“The staff were great, the building is under repair and upgrades with new owners apaarently. Rooms were adequate sized, but very old and dated, floors were unvacuumed, bathroom counter smeared from a sloppy clean job, and when i opened the main blanket on the queen bed, there was black hair evrywhere, like 3-6 inches long, i noticed this within a blink of opening the covers, all throughout the sheets and pillows under close inspection and with dim lighting i might add. It was like the bed was……

“Thanks to the road in front of the hotel being closed, hard to find hotel, then entrance. There was a kitchen, but not allowed to cook. Shared bathroom on corridor.”

“Was not happy that they charged $20 extra for parking. When booking on Expedia no where was it mentioned. Also no bottled water for the coffee machine in the room. No chef in the restaurant so had to eat out of hotel. Should have more staff or back up staff. The room is small but good enough for an overnight. Probably won’t be back there are better hotels in Saskatoon.”
