“房间很大”

“My wife has been coming to Oglebay for the majority of her life and for her it’s become a tradition to visit. I have only been to the property twice and although I think it is very nice, improvements need to be made: 1. Both the indoor and outdoor pools need to be refurbished IMMEDIATELY! Both are gross! At a bare minimum, a fresh coat of paint would be helpful. 2. Carpeting throughout the entire resort needs replacing. 3. Some staff members are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Many are……

“I liked everything about the hotel. I just wish the pool was working. But I really appreciated that the front desk let me know ahead of time that the pool was out of order.”

“We had to get another hotel because this one was so awful. Do not stay here. We couldn’t even stay here longer than an hour. Worst hotel we have been to. Do your research.”

“I will not stay here again. the room smelled musty when entering. the bed was a mattress on a metal frame so it sank where people have been on it the most. the air conditioner was so loud. no hair dryer. no tissues. I suppose since it’s geared towards extended stays, you are supposed to buy all those things yourself.”

“Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Some deferred maintenance in the bathroom (poorly repaired tile in shower), but that’s very common at this price point t. I departed before breakfast time so no comments on that.”

“I rented a suite from their for the weekend. The rooms were not clean was dog and cat hair everywhere Had to go to Walmart to buy a swifter jet to clean the rooms myself. The bathtubs were disgusting in all three of the dressers was still full of cat food and candy... Anyway, all in all, it's not happening about the experience and will not stay there again”

“The room itself was clean. I did not care for the amount of grills sitting outside of other rooms and the amount of people hanging out outside of our room. Kids were running up and down outside of our room until late and started back up at 6 AM.”
