“The staff was amazing at the hotel and working through a difficult building. The building is falling down. They do not have extra towels or pillows, the pool is broken. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff just fantastic. They are completely let down by ownership as ownership has allowed this hotel to begin falling apart. Pool hasn’t worked in years, elevator makes very concerning noises, food is scarce. Our shower has a broken door, tears in the carpet, furniture was very old and……

“The pool and outside pool / hot tub area was very clean and serene. The room was spacious and offered a walk in closet, make- up area and full bathroom with walk in shower and separate tub. The two hotel restaurants were both wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will stay here again.”

“I know what to reasonably expect for hotels at this price level and we are very disappointed. There is no amenity except one bar soap. There is a coffee maker but no coffee nor tea. The worst is the towels. They are very old. The we found the bed sheet has stain and the pillows smells. This is close to unacceptable.”

“They have made poor decisions on breakfast. Removed biscuits and gravy or eggs and bacon or sausage. McDonalds serves better. Removed second waffle machine. This causes backup with people waiting in line. There was no creamer only milk or half and half. They used to serve flavored creamer. They moved breakfast to 6:30 a.m and that causes a rush when people are heading out for their work. For example they had sausage or a crousant sandwich with ham. “Not enough parking area, and in very bad condition. Not enough lighting outside. The rooms are horrible! The window hnits have moled and bad odor , insects all over the place and beds are so worn out. And during the day they go into the rooms to turn the a/c off when no one is there, so when you get to the room after work the room not only does it smells it hot as an oven!! -0”
