As this is an active construction site, there may be noise from heavy equipment and machinery. To accommodate this, our rates have been discounted. Construction hours are Monday through Saturday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. However, this work will not impact any of Sandcastles' amenities, such as the pool or beach access.

Pet Policy: Maximum 1 cat or dog up to 30 lbs. No dangerous dog breeds are allowed. Condo Association and on-site manager strictly enforces rules and weight limit.
