“Due to illness we were unable to complete stay..”

“No breakfast, rooms older. Shower did not work and would not drain, by the end of the shower I was standing in a pool of dirty water. Bedding and towels both stained, requested new clean towels twice before getting any. Close to the beach, but you pay for parking. Would recommend trying another hotel.”

“First thing. I'm 80 and with cancer. No elevator. First time I've had to climb stairs and with suitcases, as well, in a number of years. My hips are not doing good at all, now. Place is old and not worth the amount charged by any means. We wanted a beach-side room. We got placed in the farthest room from the beach. A great deal of walking. We only went to beach once. There were 3 remotes in the room. No visible instructions how to operate. After some time of researching we found……

“Stayed in room 6. Loved every bit of it. The view was great, the beach access was great. Having beach accessories was amazing with the chairs, boards, and even a beach wagon to take things down. Will definitely be staying there again whenever we stay in Cocoa Beach.”

“This place is a hidden gem! It was super cute, clean and super close walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach access. Host communication was 100% excellent! Anytime I had a question they responded super fast. They even had 2 koozies waiting on the kitchen table with a sticker for us which was a cute touch and we appreciated it. We learned that this is a family run business and then they own the whole complex. We even got to chat with the sister-in-law Amy when we were outside the……
