"The front desk personnel were absolutely extraordinary. The rooms were perfect for what we were here for.
The breakfast buffet area was very clean and the coffee was fresh and hot. The grounds were very well maintained and everyone was very respectful. There is also a restaurant but we had made other plans.
The area seemed calm and there was plenty of parking.
The only issue was housekeeping decided to bust in our room at 8:20 this morning which was unexpected and very startling. I did go to the front desk and the very kind lady at the front desk was more than apologetic. She also contacted the General Manager of the property and he was more than respectful and willing to help in anyway that he could. I worked with Marriott properties for years and this staff and general manager are top notch.
The bath tub could be replaced as it is very worn and housekeeping should clean under the coffee pot area as that was a bit dirty.
The pillows were a bit small but the beds were clean and very comfortable.
It is a great place for the price as well.
I would give the hotel 4 and a half stars (out of 5) and would most definitely recommend."

"This condo was absolutely amazing! The beach is steps away. It’s so comfortable and clean. We even extended our stay a day - which was so easy and complete 15 minutes after our request. We will stay here every time we come to Cocoa Beach. It’s centrally located near every place you’d want to be in town. I don’t have enough words for how much we enjoyed ourselves here! "

You need to rent this place if you are going to cocoa beach. It’s amazing and they thought of everything. Toys, chairs, coolers, you name it, it’s there. Ty for such a great rental.

"This property is an extremely clean, modern, and equipped condo. Tony, the owner, is very prompt and courteous with communication and contract details. The location is perfect, right on the beach with a 5th floor balcony off of the living room and a large window in the master bedroom that face the ocean. The condo is well equipped in the kitchen, everything you need to prepare meals: tons of dishes, oven range, microwave, air fryer, griddle, blender, you name it, it was there. The refrigerator is large and has an ice maker and an excellent water filter. The water from the fridge did not have the "Florida water" taste, this was a very nice amenity. It has a closet full of beach and pool accessories and equipment: large umbrella, an umardoo canopy, chairs, toys, boogie boards. A very large supply of nice towels: bath towels and beach towels. Also, condo is well supplied with toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The beds are very nice and comfortable and clean. My favorite thing about 507 was the shower. The shower heads and water pressure are excellent. The condo is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The property is very safe. The beach access is close and easy. Also, the outdoor shower/hose area coming up from the beach is top notch to get the sand off of everything and yourself. I have stayed in numerous condos in Florida and this one is by far the best I have stayed at in terms of value for the size, location, cleanliness, and amenities. "

"Our stay was pretty close to perfect! The property was exactly what we needed, nicely renovated, plenty of space, well equipped, perfect Cocoa Beach location. Natalie, our host, was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and responsive. We had a couple of small issues and maintenance was out quickly to fix them. The pool was nice, the easy beach access was awesome, balcony was relaxing, and the boogy boards were a hit. Plenty of towels and comfy pillows, lots of beach towels as well, and beach chairs that came in very handy. I had Walmart Plus deliver a grocery order shortly after our arrival and we were all set. Lots of great restaurants nearby and Publix was handy as well. One word of warning: the twin beds are extremely high (giant mattress with comfy topper, plus giant box springs); my poor sister (5’2” and in her 70s) needed a stepladder to get in and out of bed (she created a makeshift ladder out of pillows). All in all, we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back!"

"Perfect location, neighborhood felt safe. Easy walking distance to the beach and the banana River, small old town neighborhood feel, best of Cocoa Beach glamor! My favorite perk was Merc the visiting neighborhood cat. If you're allergic to cats and be aware he will walk right in and make himself at home I think my favorite part was definitely the porch and the backyard!! We definitely need use of the awesome beach towel blankets and boogie boards provided, the linen closet was fabulously well stocked with soft plushie towels. Having a washer and dryer on site was so convenient!!"

Took two hours to reach the owner for the code. Maybe this was a one time issue, but we found the owner did not respond to this and one other issue. Otherwise, great space."

The location in my opinion was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but close walking/driving distance to so much.There were 2 very minor things that needed to be attended to, but property manager was on it pretty much before I could even hang up the phone!
