My family really enjoyed our time at this beach house. It's conveniently located and is set up very comfortably. The kitchen and dining area is the heart of the house - inside. And the pool patio out back is great. We will definitely come again.

Great spring break getaway

Had an amazing time with our family at this property. The pool and tiki bar were our main hangout areas of the house. Richard was very quick to respond with all of our questions. Would definitely stay at this place again!

Great place for family!

Beautiful home, spacious kitchen and plenty of beds for the whole family. Large pool and nice hot tub. Located very close to public beaches and restaurants. Property manager was great, reaponsive. Will book agakn!

Love tiki blue

This is our 2nd stay here and we love it just as much as the first time. The pool is the star for us as well as the location. We had another great time with family at Tiki Blue!

Family Getaway

We come to Cocoa Beach every year and this was one of our favorite rentals yet. We had a party of 17 and there was plenty of sleeping space for all. We loved all of the dining space, multiple tables which allowed us all to eat together. The kids loved the outside showers!

My family enjoyed this propery alot. We were able to have large family style living at an affordable cost. We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach everyday of our stay. When we had any questions the property manager was able to get back to us very quickly.

Loved our vacation! :)

Our family had such a fun and relaxing time at Tiki Blue! The pool and hot tub in the back yard were a hit with everyone and we had fun cooking together in the well-stocked kitchen. It was also so great to have so many seating options in the kitchen/dining area so everyone could eat together and a big couch for movie time where everyone could sit together. The beach wasn't far and the downtown area was great, too! Highly recommend!

Super Clean House & Quiet Neighborhood

Very large clean house in a very quiet neighborhood. We had five adults and two young children in our group and the house was large enough for separate space for downtime if needed. Heated pool and hot tub were very much appreciated by the children as the weather was unseasonable cooler then normal. Would stay there again.

Absolutely Perfect!

We booked Tiki Blue for our family holiday vacation. It was perfect! Lots of space for everyone to have their own room but come together for family time in the spacious living and dining areas. The outdoor area was wonderful - we enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and Tiki Bar. Everything was well stocked and clean. The host was amazing and very responsive - no issues with our stay and we will be back! Thank you!

Great location, quiet neighborhood

Perfect fit for 2 families of 4 and 6, with kids ranging in age from 4-14. Heated pool and hot tub were well maintained and a huge hit with the kids. Lots of outdoor seating, the tiki bar was nice and stood up to the torential downpour we experienced one day, keeping the adults dry while the kids enjoyed the pool! The bedrooms were all clean and comfortable. Have to say my favorite shower was the partially enclosed outdoor shower with the hottest water and fresh air!

Would 100% come back!

This property was perfect for our extended family trip with 10 people! The host was very communicative throughout the stay. A few days into the stay we asked for the pool temp to be turned up, he sent the pool heater company out to ensure everything was working. The pool with young kids was something we were excited for but also nervous not knowing the security of it. The patio door had an alarm that made us at ease and so happy about for the pool! The house was fully furnished for a long stay, had plenty of seating and sleeping for all 10 of us. Between the host and the property we would 100% come back.

Great Family Time

We went to Richard’s property to celebrate my parents 52 year anniversary. We had a total of 10 people and it was so comfortable. The area has fun things to do like mini golf, the space center, and a tiny wizard of oz museum that was surprisingly entertaining. The beach was only 5 min drive and easy to park. More on the house; super clean, tons of towels, all the utensils u will need, beds were comfortable , bbq was great, quiet neighborhood, pool was big, and jacuzzi was nice. Also has great outdoor seating. For the kids, there are tvs in every room and the living room has a Nintendo switch gaming system. Overall we were super happy with the house, 5 stars all around.

Family Reunion

We had a small family reunion with some members of our family coming from Canada, UK and Venezuela. The house is very comfortable for big groups and Richard was very quick to respond and helped with any question or request. The Kitchen space was very nice and the outside area was amazing with the heated pool and Hot tub (which helped a lot with the low temperatures we got during our stay). The beach is 3 min by car and about 15 to 20 min walking. There are a lot of restaurants and places to visit near by. We were very lucky to see the SpaceX launch from the Cocoa beach Pier. We really enjoyed our stayed at the Tiki Blue. Definitely we will go back.

Wonderful stay at Tiki Blue!

From start to finish the owner, Richard was very friendly and responsive. We didn't have many questions (since most things were provided as the listing stated) but when I did he answered right away. The house was very clean and comfortable. The back yard with a beautiful, big salt water pool and hottub stole the show for us! When we were in the house after a long day at the beach, the pool and hot tub was great to refresh ourselves for the next day. We had 1 day to sit by the pool all day, it was so relaxing getting ready to leave early the next day. The pool was very clean as was the hot tub. My family plan to stay here again hopefully making it a yearly thing! We were just so pleased with everything! We miss it already! Thanks again, Richard!

Great time with multiple families!

From the start Richard was a great communicator. Getting into the house was clear and easy. We had three rental cars and there was plenty of room for parking. The weather was chilly when we were there so Richard made sure the pool was nice and warm and really took care of us. We had kids between the ages of 2-10 and it was plenty of space and plenty to do at the house when we were waiting out weather. The layout works well for small children also. It’s in a quiet nice neighborhood, with other VRBOs near by which more of our family rented. Easy walk to the beach or drive around town! One of the kids left her special watch and Richard even offered to send it back. Thank you!

Lovely home

This house was wonderful for our family of 11 to stay for a long weekend. The kitchen is incredibly spacious and we were all able to sit comfortably in the provided seating. I was a bit surprised and disappointed that the hot tub did not have the cover and lighting that is advertised, but it did not prevent us from using it. I'd like to suggest adding drink ware. There were about a dozen plastic cups, 6 wine glasses, and one martini glass available. Regular glass drinking cups would be preferred as would a wine glass count matching the amount of guests the house sleeps. The backyard is wonderful and great for relaxing. The lack of appropriate drinkware and hot tub cover were not enough to affect our stay so I feel it was not enough to affect my rating. Location is very convenient. It is maybe a 3 minute drive to the nearest shopping center and about 6 minutes to the center of town and beaches. Very clean and appropriately stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, pillows, and bedding.

No stress stay in Tropical paradise

Our stay at the Tiki Blue was an absolute home run! As a group of softball enthusiasts, we were looking for a place to unwind after a day on the field, and Tiki Blue exceeded our expectations in every way. First and foremost, the hot tub and jacuzzi were a game-changer. After those intense games, sinking into the warm, bubbling water was like hitting a grand slam of relaxation. It provided the perfect remedy for our sore muscles, and we found ourselves there every evening. Now, the Tiki bar was the MVP of this experience. It became our go-to spot for hanging out, sharing stories, and enjoying some well-deserved drinks. The host went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The place was immaculately clean, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare our post-game meals. Tiki Blue truly hit it out of the park for our group. It's the ideal getaway for friends or teammates seeking a fun, relaxing, and memorable stay. We're already planning our next visit, and we can't wait to return to this fantastic VRBO! We plan on rebooking again and friends from home in RI are interested in renting too.
