"From arrival to checkout; everything was such a stellar experience. The only downside would be paying extra for parking. I would have expected it would be included in the price of the stay, but for $15/day, it wasn’t breaking the bank. The location and ease of accessing the beach was the best part. It was very family friendly. Our favorite part was not needing to leave the property for anything. The drinks at the tiki bar were reasonably priced and absolutely delicious! The staff all around made the trip so very pleasant. I loved how clean and kept up the building was. We will definitely be coming back in the future!"

"We booked this overnight for a cruise. It was easy, within walking distance to restaurants for dinner and provided a shuttle to the cruise port. We would stay here again "

"The architecture is standar motel, but the owners have built a lot of beauty and tranquility into the facility. The room we had was small but clean & cozy, with a sliding glass door into the lovely landscaped patio area with an adjacent pool & lounge furniture. The common areas - lobby, breakfast area - are quaint and lovely as well. Their two cute maltese/shitzu dogs add to the homey feel in the lobby area. Complimentary coffee 24/7 and wine/cheese 5-7pm were added blessings. Breakfast was tastefully done. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Overall a nice cozy nook for an overnight stay in Cocoa Beach. Will come here again."
