The property was fine; nice clean rooms, breakfast very good. The front desk staff person was rude and brusque in his mannerisms. Seemed to be annoyed by my presence. Perhaps a cultural thing as I was a single woman traveling solo?

Check-in was troubling with poor communication. I had trouble understanding accent. I was told 3 times that my credit card had declined (which it had not). Then was told I had to give a deposit of $150 cash but couldn't have a receipt. Then we were placed on the 2nd floor but no elevator. I am 80 yrs. Old with a bad knee & had just had eye surgery & was not supposed to lift more than 8 lbs. Otherwise, our room was nice & clean.

Great place to stay to go to Silverwood

Nice place to stay when going to Silverwood Theme Park. Comfortable clean room easy check in easy access off the highway and a good continental breakfast
