“Easy quick and smooth check in. Front desk mentioned to us about parking fee being waived and other bonus if we attended 40 minute presentation, since we would mostly be out with our family who live nearby we could not commit. No pressure from ANYONE, I was quite pleased as reviews said otherwise and I’ve read some horror stories. We decided to stay one more night but unfortunately no availability through Expedia although we were informed by staff that there was availability and we could stay……

“Had one night where room next to us was a bit partying and immediately offereded to switch room even if hotel was full. Was very appreciated. ”

“Excellent breakfast with many food options. Bar food was good and reasonably priced. Parking was an extra charge. Location of hotel was not in a good area of the town which restricted walking areas outside the hotel. Parking garage was secure. ”

“We liked it fine but they don’t have any breakfast or even coffee and there’s no pool. My only complaints. Transportation was more important than food to me!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was nice and quiet, which I love. 2 minute walk from the beach and restaurant of your choice. Easy walk to any store as well. Only thing that could improve are the chairs they lend out free of charge. They look like they’ve seen better days. But free is free so they did just fine. Would definitely come back for my futures trips to Fort Lauderdale!”

“Waited for the hotel shuttle service for a lengthy amount of time and also did not receive the most patient response when we called about it.”

“We enjoyed the friendly staff and upscale vibe of the entire property. The room and view were outstanding. What was not great was debris on the floors at the adult pool area and the overall noise in the room god forbid you should open the sliders. The spa services were excellent and definitely detail oriented. Hi lights were the nespresso machine and the lux bedding. Thank you for a wonderful stay. ”

“The first room we were in the toilet linked. I told the lady at the front desk. She immediately changed our rooms and apologized. We got into a second room. We turned on the TV and the TV had a hole in it in the screen. I took a picture of it, went to the front desk and told the lady. Within an hour they had a new TV for us. The first room the carpets are not very good stains on the floor but the room was clean. The second room was a lot nicer than the first one. The lady at the front desk told……
