I received nothing, reached out several times through multiple channels, still nothing. I spent hours on the phone with VRBO stranded in a city with nowhere to stay until they finally responded 2 hours before my check in time, not 24, AFTER THEY SAID I COULD HAVE AN EARLY CHECK IN.……
