"I travel with a service dog. They have a potty area out back but it is full of nutria. They always make me pay a pet fee despite it being illegal. Breakfast is very good! Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Doors are LOUD when they close. Every room I have had is noisy. Laundry, elevator, ice machine, banging doors etc. but I stay here all the time for convenience and have become used to it. "

"The room did not look clean and it rigged like cigarette smoke. The room was supposed to be smoking free and it was not. Also the noise from rooms next door is easily heard. The place needs renovation. "

"Everything was good other than we never got new towels. And when i asked for new towels they didn't even wrap around my thigh so drying off after the hot tub or showering was a bit awkward. "

"My room was filthy. The toilet was not cleaned and hair on the bowl and on the edge of the tub. The bed was made but the sheets were dirty and again with hair in the bed. I had to go down stairs and get clean sheets and re make the bed. "

"The room was clean. Nice view from the balcony. Great food from the restaurant. Excellent staff. Our Waiter in the restaurant, Douglas, was friendly and very professional. Would recommend this hotel."
