“The room was clean,bed very comfortable. You can see they have done a lot of improvements and are very nice people and the help is nice and helps”

“One strange thing . . . People who are not using the hot tub seem to hang around the hot tub all the time. No one used the hot tub the entire time I was there, this is probably why. I certainly didn't feel comfortable using it, it's a very small area with only a few chairs. Staff, rooms, restaurant and ambiance was first rate! Absolutely lovely!”

“We did not realize that there is no staff on the premises. Could not open windows to have fresh air in the room and air conditioner is 3 feet from the bed and made a rattle noise which made it difficult to sleep.”

“We arrived early and asked for an early check-in if the room was available. We were told that an early check-in, even if the room was ready, would be $35 additional. I’ve travelled a lot and have never been charged an early check-in for a ready room. We waited until check-in and the room was dirty. The toilet was not clean, the furniture had not been dusted in a very long time-very thick dusted on lamps, desk, night stand. Some of the Bathroom supplies were empty. It appeared that they……
