Good value for the price. Was not as clean as the other reviews led me to believe, but not terrible. Room definitely could use some detail work, such as dusting the top of light switches baseboards and the headboard. Walls could be wiped down. That sort of thing. Bathroom was really small, with a sink that was about the size of an airplane sink, but there was storage in a medicine cabinet and other places to store and place items, so the best was made of the space within the room. I had trouble finding the property when we got there the first evening and the gentleman on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. Would stay there again if the price continues to be good compared to other options in the area.

Lobby bar is a scene. The drinks are decent. The pool room is fun. The Urban Room bartenders make good drinks, but the food / menu is a bit overrated and overpriced. Rooms are standard no complaints.

Rooms are smaller than a newer hotel but not SMALL imho. The bathroom is a little small but again, the building was built in the 20’s? In any case, building has been updated beautifully. Room had character that could only be found in an historic building. Front desk staff was the nicest I had encountered anywhere!! Bed was comfortable and the linens were clean and crisp. I loved the water bottles and filling station in the hall and the free coffee in the modern designed lobby. Optimally located and very close to dining options. I would definitely return for this “boutique” type of experience. Free WiFi was a nice bonus too.
