“Everything else was great except I wanted to cancel 1 extra night ahead of time and the staff said at the front that they would help but they declined to refund when expedia reached out multiple times. But they claimed it was up to the third party. Not trustworthy whatsoever.”

“I would not recommend staying here. We woke up to find there was no running water at all, so we couldn’t shower, wash our hands, or even flush the toilet. There was no warning or communication from the hotel. The room also had hair in the bed that wasn’t ours, the floor tiles were loose and sticking up, which felt unsafe, the paintings were cracked, and there wasn’t even a working smoke alarm. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained, unclean, and unsafe. This was a very disappointing……
