“I am very angry about this stay. When I checked in, the door and windows were left open, and the room smelled damp and moldy. The curtain had what looked like blood stains, and the bedsheet had mold spots. Since it was already late and I had a full workday the next day, I reluctantly decided to stay. When I picked up the plastic “Do Not Disturb” sign, I found oil on it, which was disgusting. The room had almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear the TV from the next room and footsteps in……

“The room cleaning was really disappointing and not up to standard. The hotel offers a daily USD 15 credit per room for restaurant spending, but when we stayed in two rooms and spent USD 30 at Starbucks, it wasn’t deducted at checkout. Since my bill was sent directly to my email, I only realized the mistake after receiving it. Very frustrating experience.”

“Probably less than 1 star hotel , only recommended if you are desperate for a room to sleep, if you are looking for a free breakfast don’t expect more than a waffle and a coffee.”

“room was clean and view from there was good. I checked in late and the receptionist came out from a room (may be he is in sleep mode). He checked me in a room for handicapped so I had to go back and asked for another one. He forgot to give me breakfast vouchers. Hotel is old and maintenance work is being done. Noise from work, and carpark exit was changed without clear guide.”
