"We went there that night, and I was extremely dissatisfied as soon as I entered the room. I asked the hotel to change rooms, but they said they were full and couldn't change even if I was willing to pay extra. Although I was unhappy all night, it wasn't a big deal. More than ten days later, we were still receiving emails from the hotel urging us to pay for valet parking. We had already sent them all the receipts, but they still kept pressing me for payment. This stay was a terrible experience."
