"We have stayed at the property many times. The staff has always been friendly and easy to work with, no issues there. With this stay we learned that some of the rooms have been remodeled and some haven't. We've never been given an "old" room until this stay and it was rough. Lingering, foul odor, beat up furniture and generally looked run down. After a few minutes in the room I talked to front desk attendant and she moved us into a different room without any questions or issue. If all the "old" rooms are in this condition they shouldn't be used until a remodel can be completed . The pool are was nice and clean but The hot tub has also been filled in with cement which is also a bummer :/ the property is located close to newport and huntington which is great and there's no shortage of great places to eat nearby which is another plus! We have never had any issues with our vehicle getting messed with in the parking lot nor have we ever felt unsafe. Ultimately I would recommend a stay here! Just request an already remodeled room!"

Must go up many steep stairs to access this... this is 2 bedroom apartment above main house with your own entrance. Beach is close. Store and restaurants close, and great park amenities for kids almost next door."

The kitchen was great for making small meals, the beds were very comfortable and the layout of the house was great. "This Newport Beach property was ideal for our family of 2 grandparents, 3 adults and 2 grandchildren. Beach front was so convenient to enjoy the beach but easily and quickly go back to the house as needed. The 2 levels gave privacy as desired.The ocean view from the second level balcony was ideal, with enough overhang shade. The kitchen was large and well-stocked with equipment.Beach equipment was plentiful.Home was tastefully decorated and furnished.Manager was easy to reach and responded to some initial glitches. These were remedied ASAP."

"Recently stayed for my 40th birthday and got to enjoy it with both friends and family. Everything was perfect and was just as good, if not better, than what is shown in the photos. Easy access to paddleboard and a quick walk to the beach was great. We even used the bikes a few times. The balcony was the best part, lots of space. Only downside was lack of AC during a heat wave but the place was stocked with fans and a whole house fan so we were able to cool it down enough to sleep well. We will definitely be back!"
