“The vibe was so calm and relaxing. The breakfasts had a huge variety of food, and were tasty. The beds were less firm than usual Portuguese standards, but quite firm by UK standards. The pool was a delightful respite from daily life and as it was quiet, we often had the whole space to ourselves. The staff were lovely. The local town was a bit quiet, and developing in tourism. But the hotel offered free bikes to go and explore. A lovely place to stay for deep relaxation over a long weekend, and……

“Quel bel hôtel! Le look des chambres à l’intérieur était super ! L’arrivée se fait de manière autonome, très facilement. Le quartier autour n’est pas super, mais lorsqu’on arrive dans le complexe, on oublie vite car c’est tellement paisible. La piscine et les installations étaient parfaits! “Very lovely place for a stay at the west coast between Lisbon and Sagres. Beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket - everything is in walking distance. Friendly hosts who welcomed us with a full fridge. We enjoyed our stay in the nicely furnished and well equipped apartment very much and Villa Nova de Milfontes is definitely a place worth visiting - beautiful scenery and only moderate tourism. “Awesome house right on the beach! Less than a 2 minute walk from the main Salema area with some restaurants and shops. The house is great with lots of amenities and space. Usually the listing pictures exaggerate the size, but with this place, the listing pictures didn’t do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Daily housekeeping, a fridge stocked with soda and wine, and even a rooftop deck overlooking the ocean with nice loungers. I’d definitely stay here again. ”
