“The vibe was so calm and relaxing. The breakfasts had a huge variety of food, and were tasty. The beds were less firm than usual Portuguese standards, but quite firm by UK standards. The pool was a delightful respite from daily life and as it was quiet, we often had the whole space to ourselves. The staff were lovely. The local town was a bit quiet, and developing in tourism. “Very lovely place for a stay at the west coast between Lisbon and Sagres. Beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket - everything is in walking distance. Friendly hosts who welcomed us with a full fridge. We enjoyed our stay in the nicely furnished and well equipped apartment very much and Villa Nova de Milfontes is definitely a place worth visiting - beautiful scenery and only moderate tourism. We would love to come again.”
