“Owners did a fantastic job of filling the space with functional and usable items. Very pleased with the ease of access (street parking would've been difficult on one night of our stay, but since we were in a compact car, we were able to use the rear parking). Surrounding area was a little loud (being city center, and all), but our use of the provided noise machine beside the bed made for better sleep. Well appointed space in a super-convenient area!”

The master bedroom had a private with glass shower, private toilet, and double sinks. The other 2 bedrooms shared a bathroom with full shower and tub. “We enjoyed this one room (plus bathroom) apartment located in a very beautiful neighborhood near coffee shops, bars and restaurants and not far from DPAC and other Durham attractions. The room had many windows and was very light and comfortable. The bathroom had a three-sided open shower with a large shower head and was wonderful to experience on our first night, after we had spent a very hot and strenuous day moving out of our home in Raleigh. It is perfect for couples and lone travelers.”

“Nice place, nice stay. Nicely furnished and outfitted. Owner made the place available a little early at no charge, which we appreciated. Owner is also very responsive and of course friendly and helpful. Great central location. Location is generally quiet but, for those sensitive to noise, apartment does back up to a road that can be busy/noisy on the patio, and in the living room and rear (larger) bedroom. A noise machine is provided, probably for kids but nice regardless. Recommended!”
