“Very clean, perfect for an Austin getaway! ”

“Stay was as expected. Management was responsive. Best part was the patio. Location is nice - can walk to coffee shop and bars. Only complaint is that they make you turn the air up, so it took a good few hours for the place to cool down given the house is older and it was like 100 degrees outside, which makes sense… but no complaints outside of that. Feel it was a good place to stay for the price point.”

“The home is awesome, the neighborhood is crazy and people were speeding down the street so it’s definitely not safe to let your kids play outside. The check in process was difficult and I wasn’t sure who to contact it was like 3 different numbers texting me and the living room furniture could use some extra cleaning. Overall the house was as presented and very comfortable!”

“The house was very roomy and set up for a large group of people! The neighborhood is close to food and shopping. Perfect for our ACL stay!”

“We loved this home. The location was ideal, not far from any of the outings we did, but still in a quiet neighborhood. The house appears to be brand new and finished very well. The layout was so good that it felt much more spacious than 1k feet. Covered parking in the yard was ideal too. We’ll absolutely book it again for our next trip to Austin. ”

“I stayed at the "Quirky Casita" for a long weekend to escape my house while it was on the market being sold and there were people touring my house. It was a great escape, very clean, with lots of fun lighting and artwork and character. The ability to stream on most all platforms and to have 2 bedrooms with fresh linens and fully equipped kitchen was very convenient. It's a great location, very central in Austin with access to amenities and restaurants. Thanks for the excellent place to stay!”

“For the price, this was excellent. Close to parks, eateries, everything we needed. It was my first VRBO experience so I didn’t know what to expect. Beds were SO comfortable, space was adequate for 4 friends. Suggestion. Replace batteries in remotes. They are all dead or near dead. More waste baskets would have been nice. Wi-Fi worked but was weak. Tub in master was slippery so something in the tub/shower would have been desirable for balance challenged folks. I loved the neighborhood and I……

“Place was clean and listing details were accurate to the home. Great location as we never had more than 15 minute or so drive to different parts of Austin. Would recommend for groups anytime. ”
