“We LOVED the room and the staff were all so friendly! I think our only frustration was the towel situation. You were only allowed 1 per person! How are you supposed to use their awesome pool, sauna, etc... but then have to use the SAME towel after you shower. bummed about that.”

“This property is an Awesome experience with great dining within or walking distance for any taste. Be prepared to find parking or pay $60+ per night for Valet. This was the only set back of the trip. But, if you are wanting to stay in downtown Austin by 6th street and near action this is a great option.”

“Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. ”

“Front desk staff was fine. The other staff within the hotel is lacking. The poolside bar staff was pretty rude. The guy argued with me about what I ordered … even when he turned out to be wrong he was still rude. Coffee shop staff also give off the air that they would rather pour coffee on you than for you. We have stayed at this location a few times and probably will start staying somewhere else. It’s a great location and the pool is heated and peaceful but we’re tired of dealing with employees……
