“There were good points and not so good points to the hotel. Firstly the location is excellent, in terms of being very close to the harbour. However, you have to walk to another Elia hotel to collect your keys though, which is about a 5 minute walk away. You can't get a taxi to either hotel, so get the taxi to drop you close to Elia Estia (closest point; corner of Katre and Kanevaro streets), leave your bags and travel partner at Elia Estia whilst the other person goes to collects the key! “Lovely place to stay in Chania. Our apartment did have a kitchen with cooking equipment however there were no hobs, oven, or microwave so I'm not sure why the equipment was there. It would have been useful to have these facilities. However, the staff were very friendly and the apartment itself was really nice. The beds were comfy and the place was spacious. I'd stay there again. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth’s suite. Epas the manager was very helpful. The property is a couple of minutes walk to a nice sandy beach, with plenty of great restaurants around.
