The best hotel I have ever stayed at. The animal life AT the hotel itself is fantastic. I have never seen so many hummingbirds and butterflies. Troops of monkeys, both Howlers and Capuchins come through the property daily; right to the edge of the two pools, and for viewing from the private decks of each jungle facing room. We love this hotel. It is a short walk to the beach, offers great facilities and had a great restaurant, all at a very reasonable nightly rate. During our stay the hotel had live music several nights. No worries about what to do, the hotel can arrange excellent tours to meet every desire. We loved the staff. They were very friendly, always helpful, knowledgeable, and treated us like family. Villa del Sueno will be our go to stay for a mid winter break in the future.

El Mangroove is a modern, beautiful property located on a very calm bay with great sunset views. The area is very peaceful - a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff could not be nicer or more attentive. They went out of their way to entertain our kids, make sure we were comfortable and taken care of, etc. Food was delicious. I wish we could have stayed longer. It's only about 20 minutes to Liberia airport.

T Loft at Playa Hermosa was an amazing experience for me. It was my first time traveling to Costa Rica alone and I was a bit nervous before the trip but that all went away as soon as I arrived. This property is beautiful especially for the price. Staff was very accommodating and quick to help. The large ceiling to floor windows provide an absolutely amazing view. Beds are comfortable. Food was good! Beautiful hotel grounds and easy beach access with lounge chairs. Staff is happy to help.

This is a great hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We used the pool several times. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a nice perk. You are a 20 minute walk to the main city center. I would highly recommend listening to the advice of the hotel staff and walk along the beach. The walk along the road would not be recommended, especially at night. This property is a good value for your money. I would stay here again.

Great option in Coco. Close to beach, main strip, and some of the better accommodations in the area. Highly recommend this place.

This stay is better than getting a hotel room. Only problem i had was, not having someone in person to help me with the process of achieving the keys. If not for the kindness of the security guard, I would have been really frustrated. It isn't the job of the security guard to be manager. They should be compensated.

The hotel is beautiful place full of trees, plants and birds. It is situated right in front of the beach which provides a wonderful and calming experience in Costa Rica. It is a nice small Hotel that can serve as an operation base, between Liberia (Main City, 30 min drive) and the beach coast (Hermosa Beach, 4 min walking) Hermosa Beach is not the prettiest, but is nice, clean, with blue waters. This place was great! Comfortable beds and linens! Great ac! HOT water. There was also a water outage in the whole city but luckily the palms had extra tanks on property and were able to switch to those so we had hot water when the rest of the town didn't!
