“Very slick check-in with staff who clearly know their job, are all over the systems and clearly want you to have the best stay possible. “Fabulous hotel in the middle of Ambleside. Staff were all amazing ... fantastic customer service from everyone we encountered. Room was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and very clean and quiet. Plenty of free parking available on site. Public areas were expansive, relaxing and once again very well presented. We really enjoyed our stay and are already planning a return trip for a longer period. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to all.”

“Lovely hitel in an udeal location, 5 min walk to Windermere Kake and town center with plenty of shops and eateries. The spa is ideal after a busy day out to unwind in. Cosy small double room was also modern and comfy, and a good size. Complimentary Elemis toiletries in bathroom too. We ate at the restaurant onsite which was very enjoyable.”
