“We booked a small break away at the end of and we wanted a property with a hot tub! This was shown on the booking, when we arrived there wasn’t one! When asking for recompense, which I have been since 30 October, and still nothing. They say we are waiting for our partner to respond. Their customer service e is shocking! I am going to report them. The house was nice so such a shame their customer service is letting them down on a poor review”

“This is a particularly good holiday apartment - excellent in the true meaning of the word. It almost feels like you go through a secret door up to somewhere heavenly.... certainly a spacious place where love and thought have been invested as well as money. The advance information from the owners was also particularly helpful.The location is excellent - just up from the Promenade via a pedestrian route but on a quiet road. The double flight straight up results in superb views over the Kent……

“Had the most loveliest break away with the family. This was our third visit to barneys cottage and every time has been perfect. Our dogs loved the local walks seeing all the animals, the hot tub was a treat to come back to after a day of hiking and Kevin is always welcoming and accommodating. The cottage is cosy & peaceful and clean. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we visit the lakes with our pups. Already looking forward to booking our next visit! ”
