"The stay at the cottage was good. It is positioned on a busy road but it quiets down later at night. There is a shop at the petrol station that has everything you will need for the stay and close to bus tops to take to Ambleside and Windermere. The beds are on the soft side but not uncomfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped but he had to buy paper kitchen towels, bin bags and dishwasher tablets. All in all, our stay was great. We would stay here again. "

Kettle was broken on arrival but replaced right away that same day so great service from the company.Apartment just a bit tired and needs a wee freshen up. Mattress was badly stained and to be honest a bit of a clean would not go amiss as very off putting to sleep in.. overall the apartment was great and the location. This is our second time here and will be back but hoping mattress is cleaned by then."
