"I love the Italian owner. He has a strong accent, but friendly and inviting. It was my first time in Miami, so I didn’t know about pay parkings. The owner offered to pay for our parking for free of charge for 24 hrs. This was a blessing. B&B (breakfast) was delicious and made fresh once you wake up. I love the omelettes served at this location because it is not the traditional omelettes you get at Hamptons or other hotels. "The location is good because it is only one short block to Ocean Drive, but far enough away to be quiet at night. There are several small markets nearby. The kitchen had everything we needed: fridge, microwave, plates, utensils, glasses, etc. The thermostat worked fine. Entry with keypad lock worked fine. Plenty of hot water for the shower."
