"Good for 1 night stay pre and post cruise but wouldn’t choose for a family vacation "

"The hotel room is only made for 1 person- max. It is a very small room and the toilet / shower combo room is very small. For this being a Marriott property, I was extremely disappointed as far as the service went. Every single employee looked miserable and we didn’t encounter anyone during our stay who smiled or offered assistance. There seemed to be someone “at the front desk” (self-service computers), however, they acted irritated if you needed Assistance. I also never saw a manager during our time at the hotel."

"Cool hotel.The room was a bit small. The breakfast was great and the rooftop pool and bar are very nice. it is close to the Bayside so great location. close to the Port of Miami which was good because we were going on a cruise."

"When I checked into my room there was hair all over the bed! The bathroom had hair and other things that was visible! It was not up to par to be a room that’s located on the beach and for that price! I was very disappointed and will not return!"

"The only downfall of this hotel is that it is right by train tracks and the airport so you can hear trains and airplanes all throughout the night."

"We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend for my birthday. We were upgraded to a corner suite at the Sorrento tower. This one bedroom suite was spacious, clean and had gorgeous views over the beach and ocean and the pool area. All staff was great and friendly. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest!"
