“Only good things were it was dog friendly and the heater and hot water worked. This is why it got 2 stars rather than 1. Toilet was turned OFF. Had to turn it on at the wall and the float was broken so it continuously ran. Handrail up to the bunk bed was screwed on by one single screw. And it was a loose screw. There is a gap under the door that has been there for at least 5 months when someone else on Vrbo mentioned it. Board over doorway rocks and is super loose. Don’t ask about banister. I’d……

“Myself and my husband had a great time. The bathroom and shower were great. Everything was clean and ready for us. Loved how it was walking distance to everything in Helen. ”

“Property was pet-friendly. Room had several cosmetic defects. Internet connectivity was spotty at best. Biggest complaint is that the sheets, linen, and towels were stained and not satisfactory for use on both beds. We brought to the attention of the office attendant, they provided us with new sheets, only to find that those were ALSO stained and questionable for use.. we ultimately went out to a local store and purchased our own sheets, bedding, and towels for use. We sent direct messages to……

“Leonard, the host, was great to work with. Great communication before and during the stay. Condo was perfect with lots of added amenities. So clean and comfortable. Wonderful location to walk to town.”

“The place was clean and in a great location - Quiet and right on the river. Just did not realize is is not accessible. Parking was tight due to other cars in lot. Had to walk up a flight of stairs to get into the apartment and then had another flight of stairs to go up to the bedrooms. I don't believe I read that in the description. The owner was very responsive - did forget we were arriving and I had to call her to get the code to get into the place, She was very apologetic and very……

“We love the property! It was within walking distance to everything! It was clean and very well kept. We will definitely be back!”

“We enjoyed the stay so much. Location was the best. Walk to town was so close. Lots of room for big families. Just be aware it is 3 floors and lots of steps Would recommend highly.”

“This is a super nice studio, EASY walk into town. So convenient, and very well stocked! We really enjoyed our stay!”

“All was well and good. Minor problem with key lock box.”

“We did not want to leave! Great place to stay. Location was excellent, bed was so comfortable, unit was very spacious, and everything within walking distance! Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!”

“It’s a nice large condo. It really needs some maintenance. The downstairs toilet ran and was basically unusable so we did not use that bedroom as a result. The curtain rod had fallen out of the wall in the living room when we arrived. The beds were super comfy and we slept very well!”
