“We picked this property because it sounded like just what we needed for a short vacation. It fit the bill. Very cozy. The owner was super nice and responded to questions immediately. We didn't prepare any meals but everything was there to do so. Likewise, the "in case you forgot" selection was quite comprehensive. We would definitely stay here again.”

“I had an excellent visit. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances. Everything was super clean; magazines and books were available (as well as good WiFi). “This is a small backyard apartment a block away from downtown Wiscasset. The house met our needs. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was small but with enough equipment to prepare simple meals. The house was in walking distance of shops and restaurants in Wiscasset. There was a grill and patio for those who wanted to cook outside. The was a washer and dryer available. ”

“We stayed at the cottage for Christmas holiday. It was perfect. Beautifully decorated. Bed is super comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Special treat was the Maine maple syrupand a jar of blueberry jam we were given along with a beautiful Christmas card which I will be placing in a frame. Two issues that were not good: no wifi. Zip .Zero. No internet service n this day and age is not acceptable. (which we were supposed to have according to the website.) Phoned the number provided. Zero response. V bad in my opinion. Second the fire dept was prepping to burn an abandoned house next door so there were……

“Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. ”
