“Well as soon as we walked in we should had known that there would be problems. The smell of bleach. The loud people. Opened the door and immediately found Mo refrigerator, hairdryer, coffeemaker, broken microwave. I called the front desk and 30 minutes later we still hadn’t gotten a response. So I called the 800 customer service explained the situation and requested another room. So we were moved across the hall to a room that called itself “premium” what a joke! Bathroom door was in bad shape……

“Room was dirty, smelled like a cigarette & they had a fan in the floor trying to get rid of the smoke.”

“Everything was clean, well decorated. The rooftop hot tub was a little more public than we were hoping for but once it got dark out it was fine. It wasn't a big deal to have to strip the bed, start the dishwasher, and take the garbage out to the dumpster, but for the price paid you'd think that would be included...or at the bare minimum this requirement should be listed BEFORE booking, rather than in the list of rules/requirements you receive after booking. That said my wife and I had a great……

“Our room was fair. Some of the towels were stained. There were no hooks to hang wet towels in the bathroom. The carpet was dirty in the corners of the room. The furniture was worn. There were no towels at the pool.”
