"The room was very clean, nice and quiet. Staff was very helpful, especially the night manager. Our first room had an unfortunate odor, but we were moved immediately without question. The next room was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was the metal frame of the beds, and thats mostly because I banged my toe on it, opening a feud with the bed that lasted until our departure. "Miss Fatima in the dining area was wonderful! We really enjoyed her meals and I personally enjoyed her interactions with our grand son. The rooms were great. I unfortunately didn't use the pool so I am unable to rate that. My husband said it was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. We look forward to exploring more of them. "
