“hotel is conveniently located to the Capital Theater, an easy walk. The lobby and room was spacious, clean. and good repair. Our room only had 1 desk chair and it would have nice to have more seating besides the beds. When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the rooftop bar is indoor/outdoor and not open in mid-April. The onsite restaurant was nice but kitchen was closed at 10pm on a Friday when got back from the theater. ”

“The staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was lacking and it was probably one of the worst beds I’ve ever attempted to sleep in. Was lucky if I slept two hours total. ”

“Clean Room, Friendly staff, Convenient, price good, easy check in, nice channel selection, breakfast was ok (sausage and potatoes were overcooked and dry), would definitely stay again and again. Some 1st floor rooms have a patio to exit into the hotel lobby area or pool area. As a side note: Workout room has 2 eliptical , 2 treadmills, 1 sitting bike and some weights.”

“Loud banging, no one vacuumed, no microwave, ripped curtains, didn’t even look at the pool or have breakfast- no blanket sheet only! Only thing I can say good was nice front staff. ”

“Pool was freezing and dirty. Hot tub was cold and dirty. Ants in the pool area. Mold through out the building. ”

“Property was in a renovation...all things considered...never really knew the workers were there. My stay was very good however...sorta missed the bar n restaurant being open but I survived just fine. ”

“The room had a big hole in the wall. The desk light bulb was hanging since it was too big for the lamp. The lamp shade was just hanging on not screwed together! Outlet by bed had no cover plate! The place needs better maintenance in the room such as painting around sink area. Shower tub faucets were not secure and don’t fit the socket. Bed fitted sheet had a queen size for a king size bed. Bedspread had cigarette burn holes. Asked for a replacement of light bulb after 3 days no help even when……

“This is the second time we have stayed at Home2 Suites by Hilton. This time in Grand Blanc Michigan. Room clean; however, some mildew in the shower could have been cleaned better. Breakfast had great selection and staff provided anything we asked for. The front desk and all other staff very friendly and attentive. Will book again. Overall, highly recommend.”

“When we first arrived, the lobby was not clean and the staff had a hard time checking me in. It took about 15 minutes to finally get checked in. She was apologetic, but still was not ”
