“hotel is conveniently located to the Capital Theater, an easy walk. The lobby and room was spacious, clean. and good repair. Our room only had 1 desk chair and it would have nice to have more seating besides the beds. When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the rooftop bar is indoor/outdoor and not open in mid-April. The onsite restaurant was nice but kitchen was closed at 10pm on a Friday when got back from the theater. ”

“The staff was very friendly and the gym was adequate. When I arrived the elevator was broken and I was on the second floor so a staff member carried my bag up for me. In the morning a staff member used a key card to attempt tocome in my room stating he thought the room was empty (I had the locking lock on the door) the shower water temperature was lukewarm at best.”

“I was only in my room from 10 pm to 7 am for two consecutive days. I didn't use any of the amenities. However, a shower was important to me and the bathtub would not drain. The drain lever would change position but did not change the draining. The first night the water level was above my ankle bones after a 10 minute shower. I told the staff Saturday morning when I was leaving for the day that the shower working was very important to me and they wrote up a work order. That night, it appeared……

"I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
