"Old building that they are trying to put lipstick on. Musty smelling in the building and with the room air conditioning. Dirty bathroom had to put a towel in the tub to stand on. Only warm shower water. Sink did not drain. OLD structure with a paint job. Parking lot with craters…walls in hallway with gouging in drywall, only ice on one floor…. Breakfast fair to poor… back to the 80’s Most staff was nice tho"

"We went on a warm weekend in April so there were no crowds. The hotel is right on the Main Street near shops. It was so nice to sit out on the back patio and watch the water. The hotel is older but kept in great condition. The clerk recommended dinner at the the Frankenmuth Brewery which was short walk away. The food and service were excellent. We will definitely come back!"

"Room was clean. Staff was nice. Only issues were I prepaid for WiFi and unable To access it. Also construction noise and beeping starting at 8am everyday and throughout the day makes it hard for toddlers to sleep. "

"This hotel offered airport shuttle and they were not available to take me to the airport because they don’t have it at certain times."

"The good thing about this hotel is very friendly staff, plenty of parkings, a lot of amenities, and complimentary breakfast. The 2 issues I had is the door on my room seems to not shut fully so I had to take extra precautions when leaving the room and there was an orange peel that was on the floor by the bed that the cleaning staff missed. Overall, good hotel for the price."

"Everything was pretty good. The amenities and rooms were great, it was just that there were many rowdy families next door that had kids running around knocking on my door at late hours in the night. Maybe the type of people that stay here don't care about that, but it was pretty classless to be that loud and disruptive with other people trying to enjoy their quiet weekends. Also, the guys who assisted me at the front desk were incredibly helpful and helped get my key straightened out. I really appreciated it. The women I spoke to, unfortunately, had some attitude and were not as friendly or helpful. Oh well, you win some you lose some."
