“The property is well located on the banks of river Ganga. The staff and the manager are quite hospitable. The manager of the restaurant Jal Jilebi is very proactive young man - his name is Maan. The room tariff is a bit pricey by any standards.”

“Terrible Stay. Unfortunately, my stay was a thoroughly disappointing experience. The check-in process was inefficient, the overall service was below expectations, and the in-room dining experience was particularly poor. I had to make several follow-up calls to receive my order, and the food quality was extremely disappointing. The check-out process was equally frustrating, with considerable delays in retrieving my luggage. To add to the inconvenience, my car was blocked between two vehicles, and……

“The staff at Holywater by Ganga Kinare are really pleasant and helpful. They were always willing to help and they made sure came down for breakfast every day before they closed lol. I loved that!! They made it their business to ensure my experience was a wonderful one and they absolutely nailed it!”

“Breakfast spread was great, service and hospitality was top notch. Property is good too and has a gym, sauna, steam and pool too which is great. Rooms are fine. We had an issue with the smell coming from the drainage throughout the stay but other than that it was good. They did try to fix it but wasnt able to. ”
